I don't measure with frosting, and I never make frosting the same way twice. So. Good luck with these instructions. =) 1 bowl 1 mixer 1 a lot of powdered sugar 1 half-and-half/milk 1 butter (.5-1 stick) 1 cinnamon VANILLA Use lotsa sugar, dump in some milk and butter, mix vigorously. Should be the consistency of concrete. Add vanilla and cinnamon to taste. Trust me, the frosting should be THICK. If you scoop it, it shouldn't fall off of the spoon.
