Ingredients

However much shrimp you can eat
1 large onion
Shallots
Olive oil
1 or 3 Bay leaves
1/4 C. Lemon juice
Worchestershire sauce
Marjoram
Basil
Oregano (lots)
Lemon or Florida seasoned pepper
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Enough white wine to make it the consistency you want. About 1/2 cup. Mayhap more.

Note:

The spices that don't have specifications for amounts are all to taste. Basically, the whole recipe is to taste. Wanna add garlic? Go ahead. Don't want to? Well, why are you even thinking about it? See what I mean? It's your food. Make it taste like you want it to taste.
Also, we usually get our spices at Penzeys, so if there's anything (like the Florida Spiced Pepper) that you've not got, then you can just... I dunno... deal? haha sorry. No, just use normal pepper as well.
